Zelda holds a sleeping Link in her arms as she watches the sun set. She looks like something is on her mind, don't you think? Maybe she's worried about Link?
I wanted so badly to portray Zelda as a strong, beautiful young woman in this picture because that's how I see her. I think I was successful in that, or at least somewhat successful. I also consider this picture a step forward in adding more depth to my pictures. I drew and colored this picture by hand, and then used the smudge tool in PSP. I also played with the shadows, midtones, and highlights of the image. I ended up with this, and I'd love to know what you think of it.
Please no Link/Zelda bashing or arguments.

To color it, I first used Prismacolor pencils and then I enhanced it on the computer using Paint Shop Pro 9.
